got a flat on the trailer with a full load and no way to swing it myself. called nostop and they were out fast. the tech had the tire changed and torqued proper before i even finished my coffee. he also topped off the air on the others while he was there since a couple were low. what i really liked was he didnt drag it out to run up the bill, just did the work clean and got me back on the highway. the price was fair for a road call which honestly caught me off guard cause ive been burned before. these are the folks you want in your phone when youre stuck out there. no nonsense, quick and they know trucks. saved my whole day

Trailer lights went completely dead on me right before a delivery. Called NoStop and a tech came out, found a corroded junction box under the frame and rewired it. All lights working again, took maybe an hour.

My reefer unit decided to quit on a load of produce, which is about the worst timing you can imagine because I had maybe six hours before the whole thing was gonna be a total loss. It was a Sunday evening and I figured I was pretty much out of luck, but NoStop actually answered and dispatched somebody out to me. The tech diagnosed a bad compressor relay which, I mean I didn't even know that was a thing, but he had a replacement in his van. Swapped it, got the reefer cycling again, checked the temperature and everything started dropping back to where it should be. The whole repair took maybe an hour and a half. What really got me is he stuck around an extra fifteen minutes just monitoring the gauges to make sure it held steady. I was expecting to have to dump that load and file a claim. The produce made it to the distribution center the next morning still within temp range. I still have the receipt somewhere, it was way less than what a tow plus a shop visit would have been.

The technician was organized and careful from the start. He placed cones, inspected the air lines, and replaced the damaged section with clean cuts and proper fittings. Afterward he used a leak check, let the truck build air, and watched the gauges to confirm it held. Everything was secured away from rub points, and he walked me through what he changed before he left.
